The U-42 is an automatic-winding watch.It runs on "Meccanica Svizera" or Swiss mechanics.The movement that the watch operates on is dubbed the U-28 calibre.It's the first movement to become given a U-Boat calibre denomination. During our two day trip to Geneva, we toured the manufacturing facitily and worldwide headquarters, that is positioned in between your Jura mountains and Alps (having a perfect view of both). For the majority of our visit, we toured the factory and met using the people behind the brand.
